Smith Family Chiropractic enters a powerful new chapter under the leadership of Dr. Joshua Bonine—known to many simply as “Dr. Josh.” Originally from Kerrville, Texas, Dr. Josh has spent his career building one of the region’s most trusted chiropractic networks, with four thriving practices across San Antonio and the Hill Country. His heart for service, his passion for patient outcomes, and his drive to elevate the standard of natural health have earned him statewide recognition, including being named Texas’s 2024 Young Chiropractor of the Year.
In 2025, Dr. Josh stepped in to carry forward the extraordinary legacy of Dr. Brent Smith, his best friend of 17 years and one of Austin’s most beloved chiropractors. Dr. Smith built Smith Family Chiropractic into a home for health—serving tens of thousands of patient visits, hundreds of families, and even famous musicians and Olympic athletes—all from the same location throughout his entire career.
